- All Participants should bring their Identity Card and Bonafide certificate which duly signed by the Principal /Co-ordinator.
- Online registered Participants are asked to collect the Participants card in the Registration counter at 8:00am.
- Free accommodation will be provided for Students coming from long-distance, with prior notification on or before 20.02.24.After that accommodation will not be provided.
- Only Arts and Science college students can participate in the competition.
- There is no limitation for the number of teams.
- Necessary materials should be brought by the Participant and Music should be in Pen-drive (VIRUS FREE).
- Performance using fire, chemicals and crackers are strictly prohibited.
- Prizes & certificates will be awarded only for winners not for Participants and models.
- Only Participants and Faculty- in-charges will be allowed inside the campus.
- Vulgarity of any sort will lead to disqualification of the team.
- The decision of Judges will be the final.
- The organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the Participant’s Properties.
